Many special characters are automatically replaced. Grima will automatically receive an accent on the i and become Gìrma. The same goes for Eowyn (Éowyn), Henneth Annun (Henneth Annûn), and most of the other accented names and places.
Also plain, straight quotation marks become curly, three dots become a single ellipsis, two dashes become an em-dash, etc.
